I like that is smaller and lighter than my old laptop. No touch screen or side numbers on the keyboard but it's not a big deal. Works great. Nice and fast.

I've had the laptop for almost a week and while I'm working on getting used to the keyboard layout, that was my fault for not looking at the photos better. The computer itself is exactly what I needed system-wise since I've reached a point where I just need it as a place for my music and photos, nothing over the top but lots of storage. I can't wait to have this for years to come!

This laptop is a great replacement for my old 2008 Dell Latitude. The laptop is very responsive and has decent battery life. The only complaint is that the GUI scale was set too high, but that’s easily fixable in the settings app.

This Dell Latitude 7490 (refurbished) operates like "new" computer without the extra expense. I have a Best Buy Geek Warranty plan and this plan is fantasic. Best Buy and the products I have purchased presents top notch customers service.

Refurbished by Joysystems, sold through BestBuy, this was just right, as advertised. Great condition. Supplied with a new power cord and windows 10, I did have to do the full (free) upgrade to windows 11.
