This computer was easy to set up. I love the small size; it is a couple of inches shorter than my previous Dell computer. The only drawback was that there were fewer ports on the back but this is not a deal breaker. I showed the specs to my IT guy at work and he thought it was a good option for my home office.

Seems to be a great computer, but it would be better if it had a camera and a microphone. Runs well, good speed. Needs more USB ports too.

This is just what I needed for normal household use. It is much faster than the one that I was using and the CD player works good. I use it for burning CDs for church and so far it works great.

Bought this for our business. IT was very happy with it and it works like expected.

It is advertised as gen 12 ddr5 ram, after buying it found it to be a DDR4 which sends it three generations back. Best buy central customer service says return is the only option to fix it. But pretty much stuck with it because all my business apps and online settings are already installed on it don’t want to spend that money again. The technicians at the Best Buy Hammond, La geek squad were awesome getting this ready for me.
