Runs bad and choppy. Take forever to boat up power up or from sleep. I am very disappointed as I have had good luck in the past with these refurbished Dell's.

This unit failed within two weeks. Its been a hassle to say the least. Customer service is agreeing to a full refund. However i must pay a tech company to remove my personal files from the unit before i ship it back. I cant start the machine to delete those files myself. So while the refund offer sounds legit. After oaying somebody else to delete my files. I might break even at best.

Only reason I could not give Five Stars is because someone had removed HDD brackets/caddy presenting proper addition of backup hard drive.

Excellent condition, everything worked right out of the box. Inside was clean and everything connected correctly. No issues at all.

Very easy setup was up and running in a matter of minutes restored data and the computer works wonderful very happy with it, the order came one time and everything works well and priced very well to very happy with the price
