New laptop for self employed
The laptop came when expected, it was in a nice box with very fancy sturdy tube bubble wrap. It came with simple instructions, was easy to follow and get logged in and has been working well since I got it. I didn't realize that a preowned laptop might not have as good of battery life so that is something to think about. I haven't figured out how long it lasts because I have been busy and just plug it in without thinking. It's still better than my old laptop! I'll try to pay attention and update after I notice.

Great computer but it was too hot to handle.
Great performing computer for the money. It looked brand new. I've had 4 Dell Precision laptops because I develop commercial software for a living. Unfortunately, I found that it overheated while in sleep mode - especially when it was closed. I had a thermal warning message pop up when I opened it one morning. An infrared thermometer registered 124 degrees open and over 130 closed. I brought it to the Geek Squad and they recommended I return it, Which I did.

Excellent!
The 7750 is an amazing laptop, built forever. Take the display hinge: it has the full width of the screen and consists of multiple segments. The track pad has three physical buttons that are easy to press. The screen is so bright (500 nits) that I have not yet exceeded it by 2/3 rds. I set up mine with 64 Gigs of memory and an i9. It is very nice to be able to run Photoshop, Nuance Dragon and office products, with plenty of memory. My only disappointment is that it is still PCIe 3.0 and not 4.0 and therefore the newest and fastest SSDs cannot be used.
