I'm very disappointed with Best Buy. This laptop has issues with the graphics card. I thought it was a compatibility issue with the docking station, so I purchased a new one. Not the problem. After spending a full day on phone support, it was determined to have a bad graphics card. Eventually I decided to return it for replacement BUT found out that my purchase was a 3rd party on Best Buy's website. Their return policy is 15 days, and because of the troubleshooting I was there on day 16. This was the 8th laptop I've purchased through Best Buy but it will be the last. If I wanted to buy products from someone else I would go to their website. The folks at Best Buy let me know they don't like this policy either. So, if executive leadership reads these (unlikely), both your customers and managers think you're making poor business decisions. This is clear sign that Best Buy is on the express lane to the Great Circuit City in the sky. RIP
