the laptap is in good conditon just some scratches around ok it but thats fine. The only thing that mattered to me was the performance and it was better than i expected for a computer worth around $250? The only thing that kinda sucks is that it did not give me any info on if the ram was upgradable or not. also the usb port was a little funky in which if i plug in a usb and turn it on, it would be on the dell loading screen until i took off the usb from the port. However the way it came to my house was a little unexpected since i heard from a relative that the delivery guy(ups i think?) threw the box over the fence but that has nothing to do with the product unless it damaged it. Overall the product is great if you need something cheap and ready for school but i do recommend bringing a charger since it does drain a lot if you play some games on it or do lots of school work.
