no hard drive

This computer came to us without a hard drive so we asked to return it for a refund. Instead it came back to us, we were then promised a return label within a 1/2 hour, it's been 24 hours and still no label. We're really disappointed with this service; fingers crossed it all works out in the end.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
