I have purchased 7 of these machines and will continue to buy them as needed. After a few months one machine failed, we returned for repair under warranty, it came back in about 3-weeks. Well Done! Highly recommend.

This small PC is great. It runs well and is quiet. I got because it has an upgraded processor to my laptop and I need a computer for my small embroidery business separate from personal laptop. I connected it to a 27 inch monitor and added wireless keyboard and mouse with the small size it all works great on my desk. I was surprised when I realized it didn’t have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capabilities but those were easily taken care of. It is a lot of capability for the price.

1) The description said it came with WIFI and Bluetooth. It did not. I'd discovered that desktops do not always come with these so I was pleased about that, but I decided not to trust the description and ordered a USB WIFI adapter just in case. It's a good thing I did; otherwise I would have had no way to get online to set it up. But it does mean that I paid extra for something the machine was supposed to come with. 2 things, actually, because I also bought a Bluetooth adapter. Altogether that added $50 to the price. 2) I use hotkeys to rotate the display for screenshots. I use them *a lot.* Something about this machine did not allow that. I tried researching possible causes and fixes but got lost; is it the version of Windows on this machine? Is it the graphics setup? Is it the Intel processor? I never did figure it out, which of course means I never did get a fix. If there even is one. 3) This unit has no place on the back to plug in speakers. There is an outlet that the speaker plug fit into, and Windows recognized that something was plugged in there, but I never did get the audio to come out of the speakers. If the monitor hadn't had speakers I would have had no sound. (I could have used the plug on the front but didn't want a lot of wires there.) 4) The text sizes on the desktop and the browsers went down. I spent a lot of time playing with them to get them to where they were on the "old" machine, a Dell Latitude, and sometimes they did look like that. But sometimes they didn't. I don't really understand what happened; this machine is running the same version of Windows as the Latitude. It shouldn't have been that much different. But it was. 5) Today I finally decided I was tired of trying to make this work. The Latitude is still functional and the problem it was having that caused me to order a replacement has disappeared, so I decided to go back to the Latitude and return this machine. I checked the order date, saw that it was within 30 days, did a complete reset on the machine, and packed it up. Only to discover, when I came here to set up the return, that BEST BUY'S RETURN WINDOW IS ONLY 15 DAYS. Not 30. I missed the window by 3 days. I am now out $423 and will have to find a buyer on my own. This is the second computer I have purchased from Best Buy. The first purchase worked out; this one has not, and now that I know that I don't have much time to make it work, when this Latitude really does go bad I will be looking elsewhere for my next computer.

Purchased this as your basic do everything PC for home and home office. Zero complaints. Does everything well and without any issues. Incredibly fast at doing everything I've thrown at it (not a gamer... sorry). Excellent purchase for what it offers.

The value and the graphics are great. I am very pleased, just needed to ad a WiFi adapter to make it whole.

Bought this as a necessity when ours went down but we are happy with our purchase. Works great.

Nice, snappy PC that works as it should. Very good, compact size. Only one complaint. The only headset Jack is on the front so the cord must be dangling on the front of the unit.

Use as a workstation pc. Multiple office programs at once. Quickbooks is the largest memory user. 2 monitors, network printer. Working well for a couple years so I added another.

I am enjoying using this computer. It is so much faster than my old one.
The refurbished computer is being utilized at sour church by the finance department. Very helpful
