Was a little worried about getting a refurbished tower but couldn't see spending what it cost to get a new one. Very happy with our decision. It's just like new

So far so good. I was looking for a lot of power at a bargain. Packaging was secure and little to no effort in setting it up. Overall worth it imo.

This product fit all the computer needs both in speed and storage capabilities.

At first I was hesitant to purchase a computer that was refurbished. I knew I wanted a Dell, and refurbished made it affordable. I'm very happy with my purchase, worked exactly as expected. Don't hesitate - refurbished is like new!

The Desktop was damaged. Most likely and issue with the fan, that would prevent the device from turning on. SOme other components may had been damaged as well, from the intermitent noises comming from the device.
