I bought this computer because I needed max processing power at a reasonable price, and I don't have a need for some crazy graphics card or anything. The low profile design is awesome in my minimal space arrangement. Otherwise it's a PC. Works fine, no complaints or problems. Only thing I didn't account for is that because these are usually intended for businesses that need to buy computers in bulk, it doesn't have wifi or bluetooth, so I had to buy a wifi usb and I had to get speakers that physically plug into the computer. Any way, it's a solid deal.

my computer turned out to be a lemon and is being replaced on jan 26th. when it works tho it works fine, but it keeps kicking me off line and I have to reboot many times a day.I will be in the middle of something and it shuts down, very frustrating. REally happy with the Geek squad guys however, they are really nice, and patient with questions. only complaint is waiting a week for them to come.

Light, small and fast. Set it up in minutes and it cam loaded with storage, memory and all the necessary applications

This computer is behaving beautifully. There is no problem with a refurbished computer.

Very unreliable. Contact Geek Squad 5 times since purchased in Dec 2022 and still doesn't run well. When I open my e-mail account only the 1st twenty or so will open. Opening some apps takes a very long time and some won't open at all. Yes I know it's been refurbished but that doesn't mean I should keep having issues with it. Worst desk top I've ever had.

SCAM doesn't work. Doesn't boot, no boot drive, etc. Cheap piece of trash!
