So quiet you wouldn't even know it was on. Very easy to work with operation is fast vibrant colors and clarity in images excellent clear volume it can be real loud on max where my old PC wasn't. I love the look colors and design of it and that I can connect it to my TV I would buy it again thanks

I've order refurbished desktops in the past from BestBuy and generally have been pleased. Not so much on this one. The specifications list 1 HDMI outlet port. This computer came with 2 display ports which are completely worthless but not an HDMI port.

This says it has an HDMI port… It absolutely does not! How in the world am I supposed to hook up my HDMI monitor without a port

PC came - Booted it up, and said "THIS COMPUTER HAS BEEN FROZEN" due to being property of AdvocateAuroraHealth

I really like the speed when the Dell Desktop boots up. it's quiet and it doesn't take up space on the desk. I'm not as computer literate as I used to be so not being able to open my flash drive with older Windows software without having to add another application for Windows 10 is a little disappointing. With that aside, as I become more fluent with my Excel skills, I'm sure this Desktop will able to meet the any task. I also like the multiple (10) USB ports and DVD ROM player is nice. The speed and processing data is really nice. Overall, this is a good investment. The Desktop came with a new Keyboard and Mouse, which is also nice. the Desktop was loaded with Microsoft Edge, Office applications. And lastly, the price was good for all that's included in this Refurbished OptiPlex Desktop.

works like new, plenty fast i like the 16 GB memory, wish it had a dvd burner. otherwise great. i am very pleased.

After very bad experience of purchasing a refurbished computer from another business, I turned to Best Buy and was not disappointed. My computer was delivered much earlier than expected and arrived well packaged. So far the computer has performed as if I had purchased it new. It has been exactly as I had hope it would be.
