I'm using this with a Dell XPS 15 (9530) and haven't run into any major compatibility issues so far. If I understand correctly, because I have a Dell laptop, the docking station is supplying 130W of power. Otherwise, it supplies 90W. However, Windows displays that I'm charging from a weak charging source, but it still seems to charge the laptop rather quickly. I have a monitor, fingerprint reader, mouse, keyboard, and webcam plugged in to the station and have no connectivity issues, with still a USB-A and USB-C port to spare for anything additional I need to connect. Setup involved downloading a couple drivers, didn't take very long at all.

It does what I need it to do. Monitor, Headphone , keyboard/mouse, Power Laptop hooked into one device. 1 C plug to plug into pc. Bought it for convenience. Initially I was worried about the instructions, because it recommend to install software on laptop for device. My HP work laptop won't allow me to install software. Thankfully, docking device worked right out of the box without me having to install recommended software. I haven't noticed any issues. Works on Dell and HP laptop.

This is a pricey device but it works exactly as you’d expect with quality build materials. It has made working from home even better, and it even charges your laptop and allows you to plug in and charge other devices too. Great overall product.

This works perfectly for my work from home setup. I can attach my monitors, keyboard and mouse. It’s a compact size so it doesn’t eat up a bunch of desk space.

It works as planned. The docking station combines the use of my lab top along with a number of other items and makes it easy to go from one thing to another.

These just work. No drivers needed, consistently reliable. A little bit longer USB-C cable would be nice, but that's a minor quip.

Should have been the first choice, originally purchased another brand at the store however it wasn’t delivering enough power to properly charge the laptop. This one works great.

I bought this for dual screens for working from home. The setup is easy, and is very user friendly.

I got this for my work from home setup. I was really hoping that I could also use it on my time off with my MAC but it only works on Dells. Great if you don’t have two different types of computers you are wanting to setup!

wanted 2 HDMI ports and this one only has one however it has worked like a champ.
