Best Monitor for Business
I love this monitor so freaking much! If your eyes have to land on a computer screen for 12 hours a day, then this the monitor for you. If you want the feel of a 5k retina i would go for the 27" model just because of pixel density but I had a 2k lg gaming monitor 32" so this might as well be 5K rez for me. It can be rotated into portrait mode and my eyes feel 1000x better and I dont have to squint to see really small things in photoshop and after effects like the icons. I could rave about this thing all day! Happiest man in the world. I know OLED 4k are about to be dropping like its hot, but this IPS will not have image burning into the screen and no joke will last for 10 years.

Exceptional Clarity and Comfort – Ideal for Profes
I’ve been using the Dell UltraSharp U3223QE for a few weeks now, and it's easily one of the best investments I’ve made for my home office setup. The 4K UHD resolution delivers crisp and vibrant visuals—perfect for data analysis, coding, and design work. The 31.5" screen gives ample real estate for multitasking without straining your eyes. What sets this monitor apart is the IPS Black technology—the contrast and depth of blacks are noticeably better than other IPS monitors I’ve used. The anti-glare coating works well, and brightness is consistent even in a well-lit room. I appreciate the wide range of ports (DisplayPort, USB-C, HDMI), making it incredibly flexible for different devices. The USB-C hub with 90W power delivery is a game-changer for reducing cable clutter. The build is premium, the stand is sturdy and ergonomic, and setup was hassle-free. It's on the pricier side, but absolutely worth it for professionals who spend long hours in front of a screen.

Almost perfect
This monitor replaced an 27" 5K iMac as my primary work monitor. I needed to move from 2 computers into 1 and ended up getting a MacBook Pro and this monitor to replace an iMac and an older MacBook Pro. I would have preferred to get the 32" Apple monitor but I didn't have $5K to spend so this had to suffice. Still a relatively expensive monitor in my opinion. The good stuff; the screen size and resolution is fine enough for viewing at an arms distance on my desk. It's not quite as revealing as my 5K was, but everything looks good, including fine text, so I don't feel like I took a significant step backward on resolution for every day use. The thing has a TON of built-in ports and they all work great! I use almost all of them to connect my peripherals and devices. You forget how many you need until you get a new computer that doesn't have many ports (Apple) and then you feel relieved that you can plug everything you own into the monitor and the Mac sees it immediately! The bad stuff; the screen is matte and reflects sunlight more than my glossy iMac did. I was surprised by how much more sensitive this screen was by comparison. Definitely something to consider if you use the screen in a room with a lot of ambient light. On cloudy days and other times when the ambient light is low, the screen looks fantastic and is easy on my eyes. I also miss having built-in: mic, camera and speakers. I use my new Mac in clamshell mode and not having these basic audio and video functions on the monitor seems like a miss to me. This is not an el-cheopo monitor. My workaround is using my iPhone as the camera and mic and I plugged a small powered speaker into the line out port which works fine for every day sound but I would have preferred if the monitor had these items built-in so I didn't have to figure out the work-arounds. All in all, I would recommend this monitor. I think the pros outweigh the cons and until a more full-featured one comes along this is probably one of the best 32" monitors in the sub $1K price range.

Awesome workhorse monitor
Pros - very sharp text on MacOS - works well with M1 Pro - no sleep or wake issues as reported in the past - antiglare coating works well, preserves clarity - awesome stand adjustments - tons of ports and cables were included - stand included - $1000 cheaper than apple’s studio display - good enough blacks and uniformity - plain IPS works better than miniLED for work because some have janky lighting algorithms and massive blooming Cons - should have bought this sooner - no speakers - didn’t really notice a difference with IPS Black tech - blacks are good enough but still gray compared to OLED

IPS Black is a huge improvement
Dell's UltraSharp 31.5" IPS Black monitor is outstanding! In fact, I like it so much, this is my 2nd purchase as I had a need to setup a 2nd home office space. I've toyed with the idea of setting both up in a daisy chain setup for an even larger extended desktop, but haven't tried yet. Everything about this monitor is top notch - stand/adjustability, brightness, 4K resolution, USB-C Hub/KVM capabilities, 90 watt PD, the list goes on. Works great with everything I've tried: Dell XPS 13, Surface Pro 8, Asus ZenBook 14X OLED, MacBook Pro 14" M1 and iPad Pro - all work flawlessly over USB-C and connect to the keyboard/mouse/ethernet with no issue. You can't go wrong here!
