Slim profile, nice bright screen with slim bezels and great graphics, good battery life, fast booting and wake. The fingerprint unlock you have to use enough pressure, but it works well when you do. The speakers are really good for a laptop, but the camera could be a little better.

I am not new to the XPS, line. I owned the first and the second. So I absolutely adore this one. I have no need to use it as a tablet, but everything else is great. The speed the size and I like the short type keys. The unit I purchased was a bad one. It was a open box and it crashed at setup, and continued. So I returned it. Don’t get me wrong, I would buy, this again, because I have used this model and loved it. Best Buy did not have any more in stock.

Spectacular Display! Speakers lacking

This is ALMOST perfect! Great build quality, stunning display. If only it had the Windows Hello facial recognition built in that other competing models have. The only other issue I have is the speakers. They are not good at all.

I am a CPA/ Data Scientist and for only having 16G I cannot complain. 3 Monitors and 200K excel rows later, she still turns on in 3 seconds. Love my XPS

I was looking for the replacement for my old all in one. I'm glad to get laptop and monitor. The machine is quick. I am really happy with this laptop. There will be more practical usage and possibilities.

I'm really enjoying this laptop.... when it works. I'm having some issues where it freezes when unplugged. I've tried updating all the drivers and bios so I'm not sure what's causing the error. I could return it but I was trying to fix it first.
