De'Longhi - Dinamica Plus Connected Fully Automatic Espresso Machine with Built-in Grinder - Titanium

I've been using the machine for a few weeks now so I feel like I have a decent understanding of its functionality, its kinks and its overall quality. Before purchasing the Delonghi I had been using a Jura One for over 8 years without any issues. The Jura is without a doubt the Mercedes/Lamborghini of the coffee/espresso machine world and makes some of the best coffee and espresso one can drink anywhere. When it finally stopped working I was tempted to buy another but after seeing the increased pricing on the units not to mention some reviews on deteriorating quality I decided to give the Delonghi a shot. Since owning it I've made many of the offered drinks using both oatmilk and whole milk. The machine makes great foam using whole milk though the oatmilk foam leaves alot to be desired. Making the drinks is quite simple especially when using the app which, since a recent update has been working much better then previous versions. As you can see in the posted photo the machine makes great pucks, nice and solid and when making a flat white using whole milk you can see from the other posted photo that there is plenty of solid foam and a good layer difference between the milk, coffee and foam. The only two improvements I'd like to see being implemented is hotter steamed milk and the ability to edited the drinks from the machine itself versus having to use the app. As of this review the only thing you can edit on the machine when customizing drinks is the coffee strength. All other changes or additions have to be done via the app. All in all I feel like the machine offers a lot of bang for your buck and so far has worked flawlessly.

This is the best coffee machine that can be. Extremely tasty coffee is obtained, the aroma of brewed coffee lingers in the house for a long time. This coffee machine has many options for ready-made coffee, you can also create coffee to your taste. You can make simple coffee, Espresso, cappuccino and many other different coffees. There is also a function of just hot water or milk. The coffee maker turns on very quickly, is very easy to use. I have never regretted buying this coffee machine. It is very easy to wash. It is also very convenient that the coffee grinds the coffee beans itself and regulates the amount needed per cup, also with milk, added in the amount that is in the original recipe. I highly recommend this coffee maker❤️

My husband and I absolutely love this machine. It is as close to a professional espresso you can get with an automatic machine and without all the mess. The milk frothing carafe does a great job and the grinder dial can be adjusted for optimal extraction results. We decided to purchase a second milk carafe so we can each have our own milk or non-dairy option. The only issue I've encountered is if you run low on water in the middle of making a drink, the machine does not start back where it left off once you refill the water bin. It's not a problem, just make sure you have enough water before hitting the start button. I love that you can adjust all pre-loaded drink recipes to your liking. I also found it extremely easy to create my own drink in the app and save it to the machine. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for an automatic espresso machine.

We made a decision to invest in a coffee maker and this one is probably one of the best decisions we’ve made. We love having coffee and to have several options on what type of coffee we can make in just a few steps is so convenient and pleasurable. This coffee maker have tons of options on how you like your coffee and is probably one of the easiest to operate. If you’re like us who doesn’t want to do a lot of work when making the coffee, this is one of the best options out there. Though this product is great, there’s still some way the company can make it better. This coffee make can be connected to an app but the app takes a long time to connect to the coffee maker and the worst part is, it does this every time we open the app. So having the app so you can easily customize and make your coffee right away forfeits the purpose of having it. It is nice though to have the app because we can read some information about the coffee (like how much milk is in there and how strong the coffee is), the coffee is customizable once connected to the app and is actually really useful if you have all the time to wait to connect the coffee to the app everyday day or every time you want to use the app. The coffee maker also does rinsing every time it turns off or on, so unless you have it set to always on, that’s really the only way you can make coffee from the app or else, you’ll have the water from cleaning the coffee maker right into your coffee cup. But overall we love the convenience of this coffee maker and it’s just feels great to have a cup of coffee on demand without taking to much effort and time to enjoy it. It is expensive but I think for something we enjoy everyday, I think it’s worth the investment.

First time user of fully automatic machine, so I can't compare to others, but I'm very pleased with this purchase. This is daily driver to get quick and convenient cup of coffee in the morning before work. Friends and family enjoy espresso or latte/cappuchino drinks on weekends. Its so convenient that a few friends purchased this machine after seeing how easy it is to make a coffee. Milk foaming system is a bit tedios to clean after each use if you forget it attached. I wouldbe nice if there was some sort of refrigeration attachment, so milk could just sit there on the counter for couple days without spoiling. Purchased in Dec 2022 and its price definitely paid off, comparing to not so cheap gas station poison or higher priced coffee shops. Amount of time saved is very hard to calculate. It takes ~33 seconds to warm up and clense in the morning, after that its ready to make the drinks. 1m 15 sec to make a coffee (default setting) or 50 seconds to make default double espresso. It dumps about 2oz of water during start up / shut down procedures, so water needs to be refilled relatively frequently, even if you just make 1 espresso. I place a small cup/or container to catch dirty water instead of letting it go to drip container, this way it does not require watercleaned after few days of use, and rather once a month or so. Machine will tell you when water needs to be refilled, grounds container needs to be emptied(~10 cups), water filter to be replaced (~2mo) or descaling must be done (approx 1 every 6 month for my machine). What it will not tell you, is when you are low on beans. You will hear it when you run out and will have to stop the process or drink watered down coffee.
