I was very pleased with this product. It worked immediately. I was surprised it had a 3-prong plug though. ( not all my electrical sockets are 3-prong). It was much cheaper than the one i bought few years when it needed replacing. I like how the adapter fits into computer- it rotates around so i think it'll be less likely to kink.
