DENAQ - Lithium-Ion Battery for Select Lenovo Laptops

This was the recommended battery replacement for an older laptop used to store photos at home. so we gave it a go. Really happy that it doubled the battery life of the previous battery. Happy enough.

I brought my lap top and took out the battery in front of the best buy employee...The employee took the battery, looked up the model number and placed the order to be shipped to the store...I received the message a week later that the battery was in and ready for pick up..The battery that came was not the right battery for my laptop and did not fit...I was then told that best buy could not garantee what battery would be shipped and that my battery was probably no longer in stock even though i purchased the laptop there 2 years ago. The employee could only refund my money as the only option... Waste of time and trips to the store. Very disappointed in Best Buy for there actions...

My Lenovo will not charge a NON-LENOVO battery. Did not know about this prior to purchase, and opened batteries CAN NOT be returned.
