About this product

All is the fourth studio album from Southern California punks Descendents. Released in 1987, the record marked the introduction of both bassist Karl Alvarez and guitarist Stephen Egerton, whose arrival brought fresh melodic ideas and more complex instrumentation to the band through their democratic songwriting process. The album takes it's title from the concept of InchAllInch (achieving the Inchtotal extentInch), coined by Bill Stevenson and his friend Pat McCuistion. All would prove to be the final studio album of the band's original run, and it's title would carry forward as the name of the group's next chapter without singer Milo Aukerman.

The National - High Violet - VINYL LP
5.0(1)

High Violet, the new full-length record by The National, is a nervy, melodic, explosive and beautiful set of songs that find the band at the height of their collaborative powers. The music is wide-ranging in it's moods, by turns intimate and rough, expansive and spare, full of stark angles and atmosphere. Berninger's singing wild, half-broken, sly evokes a feeling of being haunted, by love, by paranoia, by something just out of reach. High Violet may be The National's most thematically twisted record to date but it somehow also manages to be their most infectious and immediate.

Ice Cube - Lethal Injection - VINYL LP
5.0(2)

Vinyl LP pressing. Back-to-back tracks in the middle of Lethal Injection are all the proof we need that Ice Cube is a great talent. InchWhat Can I Do?Inch opens with a strings-and-wah-wah motif from an early-'70s blaxploitation film and follows with a InchSuperflyInch tale about a high-level drug dealer. Next up is InchLil Ass Gee,Inch the story of a 12-year-old wanna-be gangster. Just a few years ago he was playing with G.I. Joe dolls, and now he's playing with real guns and making real babies. On both numbers, the rapper's rich, resonant baritone bleeds into the synth strings with a sense of fatefulness that's chilling to hear. Ice Cube is a mesmerizing storyteller, a seductive vocalist, and a brilliantly inventive producer of aural collages.

Bedridden - Moths Strapped to Each Other's Backs - CASSETTES

Growing up is painful, brutal, and sometimes beautiful something Brooklyn-based indie-rock band Bedridden knows all too well. The band's name is even a nod to that ineffable period between childhood and the jagged edges of the real world. InchWhen I was 21, I kind of lost my home,Inch says frontman/guitarist Jack Riley. InchI was couch-surfing. I was having a hard time. The next iteration in the band's maturation, then, is their debut, LP Moths Strapped To Eachother's Backs, 10 fuzzed-out (and sometimes gnarly) ruminations on dating, drugs, and survival out April 11 on Julia's War. The title came from a mysterious missive Riley received on astrology app Co-Star. InchLast year I was way too reliant on other people my partner at the time, my friends,Inch he says. InchI was strapped to them in a weird way and flying in circles. This album is about that time.Inch The current incarnation of Bedridden encompasses a patchwork of styles, influences, and friends Riley accumulated over the years. A Chicago native who first started making music at age five on a thrift-store guitar emblazoned with Kurt Cobain's name, Riley moved to New Orleans for college where he dabbled in punk before falling in love with shoegaze. There, he launched the first version of Bedridden. Sebastian Duzian (bass) a jazz musician and Pasadena native linked up with Riley in NOLA along with his bandmate, drummer Nick Pedroza. Pedroza, from Claremont, grew up on rock, metal, and jazz, honing his style after joining the band. Wesley Wolffe a guitarist fed on a steady diet of New Wave and '90s alt rounded out the crew just a few months back. Bedridden's previous lineup released their first EP, Amateur Heartthrob, in 2023 a noise-washed blend of shoegaze, DIY, and indie that Riley says is a Inchcoming-of-age EP these formative stories about not having a bed, dating, being kind of a jackass. I was making fun o
