This is the collectors edition of Destiny that includes the original vanilla game and all DLC/Expansion packs currently available. The game is very fun and addictive. The lore is incredible though you will have to do some reading online to get the full story. I have been playing Destiny since an Alpha tester back in 2014. As someone with almost 1100 hrs invested in this game I highly recommend it. I purchased the Collectors edition so that my son could play along with me as well on his own PS4. He loves it and so does his friends who have all decided to jump on at this point. For the $34.99 price tag this deal cant be beat! Unless you have a gamers reward club membership then its $31.99 :-)

We actually purchased this game AFTER we started Destiny 2 and really decided we needed the back story before really selling into it any deeper. We’ve really enjoyed playing and it’s something I can play solo, but also has a great multi player and pvp feature as well, which I really like. Good story line, easy to follow, and challenging enough to keep us interested but not so hard we feel the urge to rage quit (lol). We really like the Destiny series. I do wish there was better matchmaking for the strikes, but it’s not the newest game, so it’s kind of understandable to a point, but if you aren’t clanned up it can really suck to get sent into a challenging strike solo, I’d rather just wait the extra few minutes for someone than them join me at the last major enemy.

I'm not big on first-person shooters, or multiplayer games, and when I first played the demo of this game, I wasn't really into it. However, I kept hearing good things so when the collection came out, I decided to snap it up. I don't regret it at all - this is a great game with a fascinating narrative world, and really enjoyable to play. The multiplayer isn't overly intrusive - you still basically get to do your own thing, but there'll be other people just running around in the same world as you, doing their own thing. You can join with them in fire teams, or just stick yourself as I do. A few things - the game itself doesn't give you a lot of help in the beginning, so make sure to consult the many websites and guides out there. - get the app for your phone - it gives you a lot of the extra details, lets you read up on the history of the world etc with the grimoire cards you accumulate along the way. - I would recommend not inputting the codes for the expansions straight away - do the early missions and build up some familiarity with the game. Otherwise you'll get dropped in at level 40, and have a map full of missions to try and choose from. Some sites offer a chronological list of the missions and I would follow these.

I'm generally an FPS gamer, and tend to stick to one at a time. I had been playing Call of Duty games for years when my son asked for this for Christmas. After a couple weeks of him playing, I got into it. Now I cant stop. While the campaign is thin/short, it is extended dramatically by numerous quests and objectives, plus a fairly decent online multi-player complete with Team Deathmatch, Kill Confirmed, Domination, and other modes (although using Destiny names like Clash and Supremacy). Just played last night for a while and cant wait to play again.

Compared to the base game this collection is far superior. For people looking to get into destiny or just for some fun gameplay this is not a bad choice. The price is a little steep considering the new game just came out for 60 bucks, but you get 3 years of content in this collection. Not a bad deal.

This bundle is such a deal. Over $120 worth of content, for the price of one game. Such a fun game to play with a group of friends.

Has all the expansions including rise of iron, no need to purchase anything else. Purchased for ps4 after destiny 2 came out because this is still a good game!

I bought this game after all my friends got it. I can barely put it down. It is more than an FPS because of all the different game modes. They are always adding new content through DLC. There is tons of variation in the game from multiplayer to campaign. I have been playing for weeks and still have so much to accomplish in the game. If you liked halo you will like this game. I cant wait for Destiny 2.

If you determine how good a game is by the hours you can spend playing it , then this is a great game to get. Also it never gets old!

This edition has all the DLCs included. Great value for the price compared if each DLC is bought separately.

Having the full collection was very nice, and kept me busy until Destiny 2 was released on PC. Great game!

Fun to play with great graphics and goal. I will be getting the newest addition after finishing this game.

The gameplay is fenomonal. The story they is well thought out and pulls you in and emerses you into the game. They put so much detail into the graphics. Even the the place you wouldn't even think to look there is still great detailing.

This game is crazy awesome. I will be going back to get Destiny 2

Destiny - The Collection is the perfect opportunity to buy into the game and have access to everything. Destiny is a fantastic shooter that can be played solo or with a group. When buying The Collection you receive an item that will automatically boost you to level 40. If this is your first time playing, I would highly recommend NOT using it. All of the content is fun and jumping straight to the end is a little overwhelming if you haven't done everything before it. All in all The Collection is a great value and a game everyone should play on this generation of consoles if they are a shooter fan.

Now that this title has been released in its entirety and pricing reduced substantially, I can recommend a purchase. Great graphics and gunplay/mechanics. Story elements where lacking upon release but have been greatly improved. Additional content provided as DLC codes.

Love this game. Great first person shooter action taking place throughout the solar system. Different armor and weapon upgrades, great multiplayer strike missions. Fun game, would recommend!
