About this product
dEUS released their sophomore album In a Bar, Under the Sea in 1996. It was looser, stranger, and more communal in spirit then their debut. The album folded jazz phrasing, off-kilter pop hooks, and moments of near-chaos into something that still somehow cohered. It captured a band refusing to settle, embracing excess and experimentation at a moment when European guitar music rarely dared to sound this restless or this alive. Celebrate Belgium's most influential rock band with this expanded 30th Anniversary edition that's includes long lost B-Sides and rarities.

Vinyl LP pressing. 2012 album from the Belgian Alt-Rock band. Following Sea was recorded, produced and mixed in bursts of activity following the completion of dEUS' previous album, Keep You Close with producer Adam Noble again at the controls. Following on from the confessional noir of Keep You Close, Following Sea is a lighter and brighter album.
High-definition premium 180gm vinyl pressing of this classic Jazz album. Wax Time Records. 2010.
When dEUS released their debut album Worst Case Scenario in 1994, it didn't just introduce a band, but quietly rewired the possibilities of European alternative rock. The album arrived fully formed yet thrillingly unstable wiry guitars, fractured rhythms, and Tom Barman's half-spoken, half-sung narratives drifting between paranoia and pop. Songs like InchSuds & SodaInch and InchViaInch felt less like singles than dispatches from a band inventing it's own internal logic in real time. Celebrate Belgium's most influential rock band with this expanded 30th Anniversary edition that includes long lost B-Sides and rarities.
