The person I worked with was very nice. We had only begun to set up an information transfer from my old computer to the new one I had purchased from Best Buy, when I found out it might take up to 3 days to complete. Living 70 miles away and on our way home, I decided to have a local computer store in my town do the transfer instead. They attempted to do the transfer, but the computer I bought from Best Buy did not have enough storage to hold my hard drive. I returned the computer to Best Buy and bought a larger storage computer from Apple instead. So, other than the kindness of the clerk from Geek Squad, and the easy return process, I don't have much to review.

The printer I bought came with very poor set-up instructions. I had to contact product support and they charged me an extra $40 to get it working. Printer is working fine now but am disappointed in having to pay the extra charge even though I purchased the 3 year warranty. Likely not to buy here again.

The agent helped me set up a new printer. But I couldn't find the password for my printer, she found it but didn't share it. I'm still not sure what it is. I didn't like that.

the geek squad after 2 remote calls and 2 on-site calls my printer problem was resolved! found out the remote call undid my in home service call fix and that caused the second in home call. thanks to david from canton to fix both the in home calls and he was great!!

Our almost new printer didn't automatically update drivers and even with Geek Squad support we had to pay additional for them to install the drivers. This should be something that we can do without extra fees. If is something we can do ourselves I feel that we should have been informed of how that is done.

Overall, after speaking to someone who knew what they were talking about, the experience was good to go. At first the person tried to tell me I had to pay more than what I was initially told. Once I got that straight, I spent too much time with the next person who was obviously inexperienced, because she/he kept asking me the same questions. The final tier fixed the issue in a snap.

spent almost 5 hours on trying to get new printer connected with no luck. Finally had to pay more to get it set up than I paid for the printer. Dd nor know it would be so complicated to set up a printer. Techs were all very accommodating and patient

I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY PRINTER,SO I CALLED BEST BUY,THE TECH HAD TO GO INSIDE THE COMPUTER AND HE CORRECTED THE PROBLEM,HE TOLD ME TO CLICK THE ON OFF BUTTON ON THE PRINTER 25 TIMES AND TO DISCONNECT THE PRINTER POWER SOURCE AFTER THAT THE PRINTER WAS BACK TO NORMAL

It’s all great if ur problem can b solved by a Level 1 agent. If not, that agent will enlist the aid of a Level 2 agent…but not before u pay them $39.99. I wonder what would’ve happened if the Level 2 agent was stumped!!?!

Worked with Greek Squad for 4 hrs over 2 days and had them come to the house. On site determined printer could not be repaired.
