Peel and Dice add-on
We went back and forth on this one, first to buy it, then on whether to take it back. At the end of the day we decided to keep it because the 12mm size that came with the peel and dice kit is too big for onions and jalapenos. We've used the 16mm for potatoes a couple of times, and it works well. If the 8mm was sold separately with a case for cheaper, we just would have purchased that. But, we decided we would rather have the 8mm than not so we kept it. Changing between sizes is easy once you've done it a couple times. Using the pusher to clean out the 8mm can be difficult, as well as cleaning the 8mm. BE VERY CAREFUL cleaning the grids, the 8mm tends to hold onto bits more and its tempting to try to flick them away. Don't do it! Grab a brush with a handle and make sure you either grab the grid from the back or set it in the bowl to clean it. Also, these things need to be cleaned right away once you are done so everything doesn't dry and stick on. Overall, we are happy with these. We've made some great pico and home fries with these.

Quick Way to Dice Up Vegetables.
I cook for a large group of people multiple times during the year and this dicing kit comes in handy. The only con is that it’s annoying to clean if you don’t clean it right away when chopping onions. Other than that, its a great edition to the Breville food processor.

Fun accessory to add to your Breville food process
This was a much needed accessory. The original that came with the peel and dice kit was right in the middle which works for most cases but when I'm making salsa or potatoes larger and smaller dicing grates were better suited
