I have yet to make much use of this battery but have always had really good success with Digipower batteries in the past. I have only had this for 2 months. My past experience was with Digipower products over a 2 to 3 year period with excellent results.

I got two of these along with a wall charger. The batteries charged rather quickly. It is a lot more convenient than charging in the camera. Also have a spare battery now.

This battery came with a combo package with our Sony - HDR-CX330 HD Flash Memory Camcorder. I have had it over a month. It seems to perform as good as the Sony original that came with the camera. I don't know much about aftermarket batteries but this one seems fine. You might be able to find another brand that is cheaper that does just as good. I didn't get to research this one as it came with the package. I'd probably only buy it as part of the package or on sale. I'm not complaining about the quality. It is definately good quality.
