Need to find someone to connect to computer. I am 81 and don’t understand how to do it.

Bought this as a replacement battery for my camera after the old one no longer held its charge. New battery works great.

I just purchased this battery as a replacement for the original Canon battery. It charged up and powered up the camera. It is certainly less expensive than the Canon batteries.

Unfortunately the camera I purchased this for is very old. I put it into the camera but it took pictures that were pretty blurry. I'd say it was probably time for a new camera and not the battery.

The best part of my purchase was my shopping experience. I preordered my DLC walked right into the store, payed for it and was out the door in under 10 minutes. That's the way it is supposed to work!!!

When I went to the store to purchase a battery for my cannon camera, they did not have the original battery in stock. The associate looked up the information for a replacement battery and had to order it for me. It was shipped to my home at no cost. I've used my camera quite a bit since we were on vacation, and it's held a charge and worked fine.

I've had my Canon for probably 15 years and the battery finally gave out (I kept getting low-battery warnings right after charging it). The new battery works just fine. Best Buy recycled my old battery.

I can use my Canon Power Shot camera all day long taking pictures and the power and strength of the battery stays strong. If the camera has been used extensively I recharge it after each days use whether needed or not.

Works, but has lower rated capacity than the Canon brand battery. Also, I noticed while waiting in line to check out that the first one I grabbed off the shelf was visibly defective. The battery was visibly bulging out on the sides. It was puffed up enough that you could even feel the curvature though the plastic packaging. The battery is supposed to be flat. I doubt the bulging battery would have even fit in the camera. I pointed out the defective part to a sales associate and grabbed a different off the shelf. The second one I grabbed has been good with no problems so far during my wife's trip to Europe.

I thought my trusty point and shoot camera was on it's last legs and went to Best Buy (where I bought it originally) to replace it. The sales associate asked if there was a problem with the camera or was I just looking to up grade. I explained the problem and she said it sounded like I needed a new battery. I really like my camera - it takes good pictures and is small enough to carry in a pocket! I was thrilled to find out she was right. The camera is working perfectly since replacing the battery!

I tend to use my zoom a lot on my camera so I bought this battery as an extra to have on hand so I don't miss any shots

these batteries last forever. Needless to say this is the first replacement since I have had the camera; at least 4 years!
