Disappearance - BLU-RAY

Hired by a wealthy Los Angeles family to investigate the cause of a disturbing supernatural illness, a team of paranormal experts trace the affliction's origin to a long-hidden family grave, but the process of exhuming the remains unleashes deadly consequences buried underneath.

Troubled actor Anthony Miller (Russell Crowe) needed a career break in the worst way-and that's how he got it when tragedy forced the makers of a possession film to recast the hero priest. Is his increasingly aberrant on-set behavior the result of old issues resurfacing... or is he facing demons of a whole other order? Director/co-writer Joshua John Miller's chilling opus also stars Ryan Simpkins, Chloe Bailey, Sam Worthington, David Hyde Pierce, Samantha Mathis. 93 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English.

After a fitful, her-career move out to the New York sticks, teacher Millie (Alison Brie) and musician Tim (Dave Franco) were finding their biggest challenge to continuing as a couple. They would uncannily, appallingly overcorrect after exposure to a strange substance left them constantly, inexorably drawing toward one another-and having their flesh fuse upon contact. Codependency meets body horror in this jaw-dropping, pitch-dark farce; Damon Herriman, Jack Kenny, Mia Morrissey co-star. 102 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack; English.
