The themed compilations of full length, extended Disco originals, lovingly curated by the mysterious InchMrPinksInch and with detailed sleeve notes by author and Disco aficionado Alan Jones, have remained in demand among collectors and the club cognoscenti. This time around, the series kicks off with 'Classic Disco' and 'Disco Fever USA'. Doing exactly what it says on the tin, 'Classic Disco' mixes 12 undeniable dancefloor landmarks on 140g orange vinyl, from recognizable names like Change, Manhattan Transfer and Cheryl Lynn, with deeper cuts from exotic names like Dr. Buzzard's Original Savannah Band (an early incarnation of Kid Creole!), The Peter Jacques Band and Double Discovery. Grammy Award-winning producer & 5-time Grammy-nominated DJ/producer Louie Vega continues to send dance floors into a peak hour frenzy with his remixes of disco classics on Nervous Records. The inspiration to delve into masters from this era began when he started remixing masters from the SAM Records catalog, which is owned by Nervous Records, and with whom Louie has a long history going back to Nervous' early 90's origins. Louie is that unique producer who has had success in multiple genres of music including House, R&B, & Freestyle and he has brought that talent to help re-ignite New York disco classics like Vicky D's 'This Beat Is Mine' and Convertion's 'Let's Do It' featuring Leroy Burgess, as well as charting topping disco hits from John Davis & The Monster Orchestra 'Bourgie Bourgie' & 'Up Jumped The Devil'. This time, Louie put his focus on a track outside of the SAM Records catalog, and one that was an international disco hit that also crossed over to becoming a 1978 pop hit, namely Sylvester's 'Dance (Disco Heat)'. Using elements from the 1978 version and combining them with his own original musical and percussion contributions, along with new vocal performances from renowned singer Cindy Mizelle, Louie refashioned and reignited this classic production into a modern club anthem. Love Deluxe (1992) is Sade's fourth album, featuring the singles InchNo Ordinary LoveInch, InchFeel No PainInch, InchKiss Of LifeInch, and InchCherish The Day.Inch The album was recorded at Studio Condulmer (Italy), Ridge Farm (England), The Hit Factory (England), and Image Recording (USA). The vinyl audio uses high resolution digital transfers of the stereo master mixes, from the original studio recordings, remastered at half-speed at Abbey Road Studios. The elaborate, half-speed mastering process has produced exceptionally clean and detailed audio whilst remaining faithful to the band's intended sound.
