Disconnect Existing TV/Display from Components/Sources

Agents Hector and Kevin are very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. They disconnected my home theater system, removed wall mounted speakers and screen. These two are an asset to Geek Squad. Keep up good work!

I remember the man who came to my house was a very polite and attentive person. He took down my 65" tv from the wall and packed it into the box I had kept for it from my basement. He did not rush, but packed my tv with care. I hope that when I finally need that tv to be re mounted on the wall, he will be coming to my door.

I had multiple items to be removed from different rooms in my home for recycling along with plenty of cords. Josh even went into the attic.
