I got the refurbished Avata 2 Fly More Combo drone. It is in very good condition but it does not come with everything from the original combo. The DJI Goggles 3 Additional Forehead Pad, the DJI Goggles 3 -2.0D Corrective Lenses (Pair) and the DJI Avata 2 Gimbal Protector were missing.

It exceeded my expectations, I thought the drone would arrive with something missing or with something not working, only the box was a little dented, but everything was working perfectly

I would recommend not buying. They gave me a crashed drone, they certainly do not certifie. Also had alot of animal hair in it. Someone returned and they shipped it to me without even looking at it.

My Avata 2 arrived in a sloppily thrown together package with nearly every article loose. The drone has obvious signs of a crash, the lenses of the goggles are quite dirty, the batteries arrived in a critically low state (which is not good for the life of them), the device wasn't reset or wiped, and still had someone else's memory card in it. Never buying best buy refurbished again. It should just be called used.

My review is only for the refurbished aspect from Best Buy. I received all items in what appears to be either like new or new conditions. I was a bit surprised that it appears as if it has not been used. Maybe i received a non-used return unit but im happy with the savings. I was able to add DJI care refresh with video verification as the drone showed as being activated for 60 days, but not registered to anyone. Overall im very pleased with this purchase. I was pretty thorough to make sure there were no missing pieces and the condition of the drone. Again this might be a hit or miss process with refurbished units from Best Buy, but I cant tell the difference between this and a new unit. With DJI Care for 2 years i have full confidence in this unit while saving a bunch of money.

1st and LAST time purchasing refurbished. Unit showed up on time as expected. Opened package and observed no original packaging... not a big deal. Upon further inspection, I observed a GIANT BLEMISH AND COMPLTETELY STRIPPED SCREW. The plastic appeared to have been melted in some places. The drone is missing 4 screws including the stripped one in total. On my way to return to the store.

Came in perfect condition. This drone is amazing. Great for beginners. The motion controller is fun. Go refurbished, if anything is wrong they'll take it back and send a new one.

Amazing piece of tech. As a regular drone owner, there's nothing like the jump into FPV drones. If you want to have fun, this is the way to go. The motion control makes it extremely easy to fly and the experience is seamless. Love being able to plug a device in and share the view with a friend. Also, because of the design, this drone can take a tumble no problem!

Great drone really easy to use. Has controls in place so that if something goes wrong it can stop and recover

It is a great drone it fly’s great but the battery life is good but it is worth getting the “fly more combo” because you get more battery’s. It is a great travel drone I have had it for a while and it is overall a great drone. And it is great for beginners.

I bought a refurbished Avata 2 fly more combo I got it fast and in perfect condition not only that but I was able to add insurance easy I can fly without worrying about crashing Best Buy is a solid choice I would not buy though anyone els

Amazing drone, as good as new, but cheaper. Mine had a small scuff on it, a single charge cycle on two of the batteries, and no functional issues. No warranty came with it though.

Love it so easy to fly and you have option to get the fpv controller and fly faster and do more stunts with it

This little guy is absolutely amazing!! Love the POV experience plus it’s super fast and super smooth. Just changed my game plan.

This is a very immersive drone. The experience flying this is very different to the cinematic drones. Woukd highly recommend

A little scary to fly but once you get the hang of it, it’s a blast. Makes you feel like you’re actually in the cockpit of the aircraft.

I was a little concerned to buy a refurbished drone, specially FVP. The product was in mint condition, all parts and accessories unopened.
