Read through the reviews before deciding on the refurb. Such a mistake. While almost all the plastic areas look new, the drone was broken - downward vision sensor malfunction and wouldn't recognize a known good memory card.

I get these items are used and may have some cosmetic issues, but as a company that is marketing their “refurbished” products as things they “took a close look at and repaired” with a “certified” label to them, I am extremely disappointed and have lost my trust with BestBuy when they sent me a drone where 1 battery doesn’t work (doesn’t charge or respond to anything) and the entire charging hub doesn’t work at all. How does something like that go through a “certified refurbished” process when an entire battery AND battery hub does not work..?? They did not test this product and just labeled as if they did. As “professional” repairers how does something as simple as plugging in a baterty hub to see if it turns on gets a certified label?? Ive lost my trust with BestBuy. That’s just irresponsible and false marketing amd im very disappointed. If the battery and hub wasn’t checked how am i even suppsed to trust the drone itself will work!

This review is not about the product, it’s about customer service from best buy. This drone comes with 3 batteries and I accidentally found out that one of the battery was an older model. This is a refurbished product so whoever in best buy took the return, didn’t inspect the product. Now I am stuck with an older battery. The problem is that the older battery (meant for mini 3) work on mini 4 but it is heavier so the drone crosses 250gm and reduces the flight time by about 4-5 minutes.

Everything arrived as expected however I found after its first charge the controller no longer can be charged making this a $1100 paperweight. BestBuy Support keeps disconnecting me so I cant troubleshoot the problem and when im connected long enough to tell them whats wrong they transfer me to a differnt department. 24/7 call support is a joke as theres no one there to actually answer besides the robot. Will try getting ahold of them in the morning and if I cant do that im closing out my BB Credit Card and account. Ive never had more things go wrong on an order.

Reading the other reviews i knew it was a chance that something would be messed up. Luckily everything seemed to be good with the drone (wasnt tied to an account) no cosmetic damage. However the “geek squad professionals” put the wrong propellers in the package. After contacting best buy customer service amd finding out that refurbished items are not replaceable im now stuck having to order/wait to fly. So its a gamble maybe the geek squad people looked it over in prefect conditions but if your like me and they looked it over on Friday before a holiday weekend you may be out of luck. Probably should just go through DJI. Best customer service unlike worst buy.. i mean best buy.

Purchased refurbished DJI Mini 4 Pro Fly More for a friend. He only received the drone and controller in a box (not packed very well). Had to return to Tallehassee, FL store. Someone dropped the ball on this order. What a hassle. Will never buy anything refurbished from Best Buy again

Good product for a "refurb". Was clearly used with a few dents and scratches but otherwise works perfectly so far!

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but I had a great experience with Best Buy Geek Squad Refurbished. I bought a refurbished DJI Mini Pro 4, and everything was still in the original packaging, looking brand new and unopened. All the pieces were there and accounted for, and it wasn’t tied to any account. I activated it without any issues, and it was covered by DJI’s manufacturer one-year warrantystill. I was even able to purchase DJI Care to cover accidental damages without any problems. When I checked the battery cycles, all of them showed zero cycles confirming this DJI pro4 was brand new and unused. It seems like someone might’ve received it as a gift and returned it. I guess I got really lucky. Thanks, Best Buy!

Even though there were a lot of bad reviews, I took a chance and was not disappointed.

Amazing drone. Easy to use and good for traveling.
