Total SCAM
his is not a normal Best Buy purchase. Learn from my mistake. I purchased a DJI drone through Best Buy, assuming it was backed by Best Buy and covered by DJI’s warranty. It was not. Here’s what buyers need to know before purchasing: • This drone was sold by a third-party marketplace seller, not directly by Best Buy. • DJI will NOT warranty or service this product in the United States. • Best Buy will not help once the return window closes. • DJI service centers refuse repair because the product is not authorized for U.S. support. • You are left with an expensive, unsupported device

Awesome drone!
If you have ever thought about getting a drone, this is the one to get! Make flying in the beginning super easy and allows you to build your confidence. Amazing picture quality for this small drone and great fly time! Stop thinking about it and just get it!
