Insta360 has made some of the most fun and interesting cameras of the past few years and the new Insta360 X3 is no different. The X3 is a 360-degree camera with two super-wide lenses that capture everything around you, allowing you to 'reframe' the footage into a standard movie later. But a host of upgrades mean it's also now much more usable as a traditional action camera in 'single-lens' mode. But on the X3 you can now shoot in 4K resolution in this 'single-lens' mode, making it more like having two cameras in one.

Amazing camera! Tons of options for different filming styles, resolutions, aperture adjustment, etc. The user interface is super easy to figure out too. Its my first camera (other than a gopro when i was younger) and i was able to film and figure out how to use everything on it. The front and back screens are useful to see what youre filming live, useful for looking at your facial expressions when filming. The DJI Mimo app is a little buggy on my phone, but i have a terrible phone so its probably the phones fault. You can use DJI Studios on a computer for a much easier time editing. The only thing I was surprised/upset about was how much this thing eats theough battery power! It lasted me about 4 hours of high res filming with two driving timelapses, so about an hour of timelapse plus like 3hrs of filming normally. I will have to buy more batteries to shoot longer videos, before i go camping with it. It's my first time really using a real camera like this, so I'm not sure if thats normal battery power consumption, but, it makes sense that they also sell a battery pack with multiple batteries in a charging case, as an accessory. The sound quality is really good too, by the way! I'm going to buy a microphone, but just on its own is totally good too. Once i get some more batteries, I will be unstoppable with this thing. The videos look super professional, and the automatic settings it has on default take the guesswork out of video quality for a beginner like me.

I’ve been using action cameras for years, and right now, the DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro is the clear winner for anyone who actually cares about workflow and reliability. While other brands keep bumping up the price, DJI has focused on fixing the "pain points" that usually ruin a shoot. If you want 5.3K resolution, you might look elsewhere, but for 99% of people, 4K at 120fps is more than enough. When you consider the price, which is significantly lower than the flagship GoPro, and the fact that it includes pro-level features like 10-bit D-Log M and HorizonSteady, this is hands-down the best value on the shelf today.

I am a videographer and I have a ton of cameras and gear. Recently I booked A cruise and wanted to find something practical for minimum packing that I could rely on to capture some great video above and under water. I saw That Best Buy had the DJI Osmo Actuon 4 on sale. Being a DJI lover already I chose To purchase one. I was Very happy that I did. The convenience of the small body with a big punch was my biggest favorite about the camera. I was Able to mount it many ways from clip on mounts for port Timelapse’s to chest mount while exploring and riding the islands in UTVs. Using it was simple and after purchasing a couple extra batteries and a TB of memory I was Very glad I didn't Have to lug around a Sony or my 90D. It fit in my small over the shoulder bag and was easy to whip it out and capture on the go. I will Continue to find use for it on vaccinations as well as a place for it in my media gear when I film Future events. Great buy and well worth it! Not to mention a great value on sale.
