As an amateur videographer, I have no idea what half of these reviewers are talking about when it comes to this device. To me, it works flawlessly. It was pretty easy for me to set up. I just followed the directions in the booklet that comes with it, I didn't even have to watch a video. You set up each axis (after you attach your camera) and away it goes. You don't technically have to install the software to use this, but I'd go ahead and recommend it. It made things a lot easier to calibrate.

Let me start by saying, I’ve always bought budget gimbals in the past. In my mind, they all do the same thing. This was the first time I paid this much for a gimbal! BUT IT WAS WORTH IT!! This is the nicest gimbal I’ve ever owned. The build quality, ease of us, down to the little things like balancing features and the controls. I will now always purchase DJI’s premium gimbals!

This was my first venture getting a gimbal for my mirrorless camera. And The RS2 by DJI far exceeds my expectations. It's easy to use surprisingly, I used a friend's gimbal in the past and it was so difficult to set up it wasn't really worth the time. I really enjoy how intuitive it is and it's learning curve isn't hard. The battery life is crazy too, I haven't even had to charge since the first night I charged it. It charges very quickly by the way. I know the price is a little steep but you get what you pay for, and this was definitely worth the money.

Very pleased. I love the strong lite weight gimbal to help reduce the overall weight with the camera, gear and lens on it. It can handle fairly heavy payload pretty well. It's pretty easy to balance and you don't really need any counter weights if balanced correctly and not using cameras and lenses that are too close to maxing out it's payload maximum weight allowance. I like the mini lcd screen features, especially the payload/balanced weight (visual) warning it gives you, instead of an annoying beeping sound like in previous models.

Light weight and easy to operate. If your debating on the ronin s or this one I would go with the rs2

AMAZING Stabilizer!!! Knocks my Crane 2 out of the park (it's still a great starter gimbal). Very stabile, great new features, carbon finish, handles my A7iii with a small rig cage very well. RECOMMENDED!!

Use it with the r5 and adapted lenses. Great build batter and touch screen helps with ease of use.

I have been using it for my Fuji XT4 with 16-55mm 2.8 lens. It handles really well. I heard it can handle heavier camera setup. This is the best gimble I ever have.

Awesome gombal for the a7siii. Handles about any conventional lens you throw at it.

WOW! This gimbal is wonderful. Comes in a great case that has enough room to store a few extra accessories. I added the focus motor two weeks after purchasing this, so I would recommend getting the Pro Combo right away. This gimbal is easy to set up, battery life is great, and it holds my Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6k with a large lens. You just need to get a case to offset the camera a little.

I previously had the DJI RSC2 and traded it in for the the RS 2, due to the weight of my equipment. I haven't had any problem since. Quality equipment with so many features.

I used to only shoot video handheld but after getting this all my footage became 100% much better!
