The stage box also boasts dual Cirrus Logic Digital to Analogue converters, which reduce noise floor and lower distortion, and post-DAC filtering to remove wide-band noise.For in-ear applications, the DL16 offers ULTRANET personal monitoring system connectivity. This feature allows each performer to control their own monitor mix, freeing you to focus on delivering a flawless sonic experience to your audience. The DL16 also comes with dual ADAT outputs, making it compatible with a wide range of ADAT-compatible outboard devices. This makes it a versatile choice for splitter mode and stand-alone digital multicore applications. For larger setups, the DL16 features dual AES50 ports, allowing for cascading of multiple units without the need for a merger or router. Up to three DL16s can be daisy-chained to deliver 48 channels in and 24 out to the stage, all over a single shielded (STP) CAT5 cable.Remote operation is made easy with the DL16's ability to communicate up to 100m via CAT5/5e cable. This stage box also offers programmable settings from front panel controls or console, status indicator LEDs on the front panel, and a headphones output assignable to any of the inputs or outputs for on-stage monitoring. The DL16 also supports bidirectional communication between the FOH console and on-stage MIDI devices via MIDI In/Out, making scene automation a breeze.
