In the late 19th century, cargo ship master Captain Elliot (Liam Cunningham) didn't question the handsome compensation he and his crew were promised to ferry simple crates of earth from Carpathia to London. There was no inkling that they'd all signed on for their doom, as they'd be bringing the horror of the vampire lord Dracula (Javier Botet) to another shore. André Øvredal's moody microfocus on Bram Stoker's prose also stars Corey Hawkins, Aisling Franciosi, David Dastmalchian. 118 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English. Two-disc set.
