Great game with great graphics but did not receive the Gogeta and Broly pre-order bonus even though i pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition. Anyone know why that is?

Sparking zero is an amazing return to the Tankaichi franchise. Bandai put everything into the game and so much more. The game was a bit problematic at launch as shown during EVO but the studios dedication in updating the game and producing more content makes this game ever more worth your while. Dragon ball daima will be providing this game with content for years to come.

Game is 5 stars in my book. It's amazingly fun. I spent so much time on BT3 when it first came out and am glad they finally released a new Tenkaichi. To anyone still needing the pre-order bonus code. Reach out to Bandai Namco's Support Live Chat. I received my code immediately after contacting them. Steps: -Head to Bandai Namco's Support page. -Sign in/Create an account. The live chat button should now pop up on the bottom right of the Support page. -Go through the bot assist messages to connect to a live agent. -Explain the situation. They should then ask you to upload your receipt/proof of purchase. -After they verify, they should drop the pre-order bonus code in the chat.

Great game, but like others said..no preorder bonus. Game was preordered the day of the release announcement in June. Support has no adequate reason and just transfers me around. Best buy also removed the preorder picture from the official game picutes. Pretty shady, especially since the standard edition thats about $40 less came with it. The ball was definitely dropped here

The game is absolutely AMZING! I grew up playing the Dragonball games, like TenKaichi. They did not disappoint! Feels like I picked up where I left off

This is one of the best games I have played in a while. As someone who barely played the previous installment of this series, this was a really cool refresher of this game.

This game is bar far the best Dragon Ball game to date. The graphic is by far the best. Thanks to Best buy for delivering my product early as promise.

Worst customer service never got my pre order bonus. I contacted and wasted about 4 hours of my time with customer service which wasn’t much service I also contacted Best Buy through X formally known as twitter same thing I didn’t get anywhere. I’m forced to contact Bandai now. I purchased the ultimate edition over $100.00’s I would expect my pre order bonus to be there. Ridiculous. I canceled all future pre order through Best Buy I’ll take my money somewhere else. The Game it’s self is fantastic and everyone needs to buy it just don’t buy from Best Buy if you’re pre ordering it. I am also not the only one there’s hundreds of people experiencing the same issue with this specific game with Best Buy.

Tenkaichi like you remember but better! Gorgeous graphics, unique and stylized move-sets, unique story mode with “what-if” scenarios, online fights, and more! Ultimate edition had the benefit of playing 3 days early so perhaps the base version is the way to go, but this also included some additional downloadable content.

Outstanding game. Brings back great childhood memories with the Tenkaichi series. Dont hesitate to get it and count to spend plenty of playing time on it. Best Buy also nailed their customer service because I pre-ordered and got it 3 days early!

This is a true successor to the Tenkaichi games, and makes you feel like you’re playing through a fight in the series. Easy to play but hard to master, it is a definite buy for any fan of the series or arena brawlers in general.

I bought the ultimate edition because, i want to add this to my tenkaiechi series series. And witnessed how much it charged and how they kept the formula from the pervious games.

Game is great. However Best Buy was completely negligent about the pre-order bonuses. Seems like everyone who purchased a physical copy didn’t receive their bonus.

The game is awesome. Only issue I have is that I preordered the ultimate edition and only received half of my pre-order content. Contacted Best Buy. PlayStation and Bandai. Yet no solution. I was better just getting it the release date

Before the game came out I knew I wanted this game. The first initial trailer got me hooked, I play ever chance I get and it’ll keep me occupied for awhile

Great game only problem is that it is really short only about 25 hours
