    Great Experience for Fans

With the MMO type hub, the interaction between other players Online is so fun and sometimes can be funny. The Story is pretty much the same as the first but with a twist this time. I would recommend FighterZ more as it really is a true Dragon Ball Fighting game but if you just want a casual game. Then this is it.

    Solid Dragonball Z game

Very similar to the previous Xenoverse game, but with lots more content added in with regards to missions and abilities. Story feels a weaker than the original, really doing lots of retreading and not much else. Combat continues to be great. The game feels really good on the switch, runs great, looks great, and the handheld option really allows for easier farming of missions to get rare skills.

Great game for any DBZ fan!

Xenoverse 2 is a great game for the DBZ series and features up to 88 playable characters and 28 stages form the franchise. It also includes creating your own character, local multiplayer, and played on the go through the switches controller! The story mode is also great and makes you feel like you are playing through the actual anime! Rated 4 stars for the framerate drops that are experienced specifically when playing on the go but overall an amazing game for the price and features the game has to offer.

    Great for Dragon Ball fans

Been a big Dragon Ball fan for many years but always found the games lacking. After reading some reviews I gave this one a try and I've been pretty impressed so far. You can get by in the fights by mashing buttons but to excel there are some key combos and techniques to learn. The story has been fun and it is cool to see my character get stronger, learn new movies, and participate in some of the key battles in the DBZ series. My biggest issue so far is that I was reading reviews and many reviewers said it also included the quests from Xenoverse 1 with the game. That is only true if you got the game and downloaded the DLC shortly after it was released. Those quests can no longer be downloaded for free and you have to buy the $30 Season Pass to get them. Kind of disappointed to learn that after I already bought the game as I never played the first game.

    Great game, especially portable

am glad Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is on the Nintendo Switch. I always wanted to play this game on the PS4, but never got around to getting it so having the ability to play both Xenoverse titles in one game was a welcome bonus. The 900P with 30FPS never bothered me while playing in docked mode as most parallel quests were played on 2-3 hour trips from the house and the battery never dropped below 50%. I really enjoy having true console games on a portable device, but Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 seems like a great fit on the Nintendo Switch. I really wish more games would have cross-play, but it will happen eventually somewhere down the line. Frame rates never bother me until they are jarringly bad or drop below their target by 10 or more. Hopefully Dragon Ball FighterZ also makes it way to the Switch because I would rather have it there than anywhere else...
