I have the blessings of having a large St. Bernard puppy and at 6 months she is 99% accident free. But when she does, it's a large mess to clean on our carpet. I've been looking for a tool to better clean up the carpet if she ever has an accident. This has been the answer! Set up is super quick and easy and I was delighted to have been supplied with the cleaning formulas to get started right away. The options for cleaning is a new experience for me. Most carpet cleaners are designed with just an off and on button, so I had to learn which feature was best for the cleaning necessity at the time. Sprayed the area, and then I gave it a few minutes before turning the suction/vacuum on. And it is incredibly powerful for being such a compact size! Going over the contaminated carpet spot and I could see how much yuck and grossness it was taking out of the carpet. The result was a carpet spot that was gone when completely dried and I was thrilled! I also love that I can put this away in a spot in our closet/pantry versus the utility room/basement because of its size. So easy!

The Dreame Carpet Cleaner is a heavy-duty dirt fighter. I used it first on my off-white couch and was so amazed by how much dirt that was lifted off that I went straight to the carpet and started doing it. After that, I was just looking for more things to steam clean. It lifted up stains that have been set in for years, things that I thought were permanent. I love how you can leave water and cleaner in it for extended uses rather than having to refill it each time no matter how little of the cleaner you end up using. That is a great time and money saver. I have a puppy that is still making messes, with the steam cleaner ready to go, it makes it easy to go straight to the mess and clean it up without constant filling and resetting. I think it's getting it up fully because the only place the puppy has peed again is where we cleaned it up with a spray bottle of cleaner and a towel, never where the cleaner was used. It's perfect for anyone that has a pet or just wants clean floor and upholstery. It also is supposed to clean tile and grout but I have not tried that yet. I'm looking forward to seeing how it does. Considering how well it cleans, I am happy I spent the money on it. It is worth it.

The Dreame N20 Steam Plus has been a great addition to my cleaning routine. It does an excellent job on both hard floors and carpets, and the steam feature makes cleaning messes much easier. I have thick carpet at home and this works great as a weekly carpet deep cleaner, I can easily combine carpet powder sanitizer and steam to make sure my carpet is clean throughout
