The NVY-8HD-N4 is an 8" hybrid coaxial speaker from the DS18 NVY series, the brand's high-performance line. It handles 250 watts RMS and 500 watts peak at 4 ohms. Construction includes a water resistant glass fiber cone, a treated cloth surround and an aluminum basket. The motor uses a neodymium assembly. An IP65 rating protects the driver against water and dust in open-air installs on boats, side-by-sides and powersports vehicles. Sensitivity is rated at 101dB across a 80Hz to 20kHz response. Mounting requires a 7.1" / 181mm cutout and 4" / 104mm of depth, so confirm the opening before installing. Sold as a pair.
