Q: can you get 800 watts out of this plugged into the car cigarette lighter
A: Due to the size of the fuse in most vehicles that controls the 12V socket, we do not recommend using any device that draws over 175 watts when the inverter is plugged into the cigarette lighter. If the draw is over 175 watts, the fuse in the vehicle can blow.
