Q: If Dynex batteries are Mercury free, why do the batteries have a DO NOT PUT IN TRASH symbol?
A: The contents of an alkaline battery don't pose any problems for landfills. Where the concern is, however, is in the processing facilities. There, workers are exposed to leaking batteries and potential injury such as being burned.
Q: What the current capacity in milliamps?
A: They don't say the milliamps, they are alkaline and work great for most of my applications, remotes, led lights.
