A: These cases are too slim to insert a label on the spine. A regular hinged jewel case would be best.
A: No they don't, but they have tabs inside where you could insert a label of sorts . . .

Q: I NEED A DISC CASE THAT HOLDS TWO CD'S IN ONE CLEAR PLASTIC CASE. DOES BEST BUY SELL ANY OF THESE?
A: I actually had to use BestBuy's CD cases in that manner until I was able to restock, and they worked fine toward that end. The post fit two CDs; the cases closed easily with the two CDs inside; and neither was damaged. Also, I was using the Dynex Color Slim CD/DVD cases. You do need to be careful upon opening so that the top CD doesn't fall and hit the floor. I hope this helps.
Q: Is it possible to get these all in one color?
A: I was able to purchase a pack of all clear. I don’t believe you can get a pack of all blue/red/yellow though
