Dyson’s latest purifiers combine intelligent sensing with an advanced filtration system. Two phases of purification sit within our fully sealed filtration³ and airflow system. So what goes inside, stays inside. Then powerful Air Multiplier technology purifies the whole room¹ and cools you.¹
A: Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The TP7A Purifier Cool Autoreact is ideal for homes with allergy sufferers. The machine will always be purifying while it's turned on. The machine pulls air in through the bottom of the unit, purifies it as it passes through the inner filtration system, and the purified air is then expelled into your room via the amplifier loop. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
A: Hello Pau, this is Kelly with Dyson. The TP7A Purifier Cool Autoreact automatically removes 99.97% of allergens and pollutants as small as 0.3 microns. It helps to remove household odors such as cooking, pet and smoke odors. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
Q: How often does the filter have to be replaced?
A: Hi Sally, this is Kelly with Dyson. The filter in your TP7A is designed to last about 4400 hours; which is about a full year, if you were to use your machine 12 hours every single day. Filter life may vary as well, depending on your existing indoor and outdoor air quality. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
Q: Does this fan actually cool and then blow the cooled air? Or is it simply a fan?
A: Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Purifier Cool Autoreact™, like our other purifier fans, does not have Freon, so they are not going to cool like an air conditioner. However, they do work better than standard fans. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. The change in pressure forces surrounding air to be drawn into the airflow, resulting in a powerful stream of smooth cooling air. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
A: Hello Kvla, this is Kelly with Dyson. If you live in a studio type space, you would notice that your entire space would benefit from this unit. If you have separate rooms with doors, you'll generally want to keep your air purifier in one centralized room. It would not purify the air in the whole home if there are separate rooms. A: Call Dyson; they can help diagnose the problem and ALWAYS register your product so they have a record of it!!
