Bought this for my car. Great suction power. I had originally purchased a different brand that was terrible. This is great, small, convenient, easy to use. I do wish the charge lasted a little longer than it does, but overall a great purchase.

Knowing how much I love my Dyson upright vacuum that I have had for 10 years, it was time to try the Dyson hand vac to use in some of those nooks & crannies of the house & a quick car vacuum. Suction is excellent, weight is great, standard Dyson press & click works perfect, no bags & maintenance instructions to clean parts is easy to follow. Yes, you pay a bit extra for a Dyson product, but it's always worth it for its quality and how long their products last!

After a year of owning this thing I can confidently say that the Dyson V7 Trigger is a solid product. It hasn't failed me yet. It operates with the same reliability and power as the day I brought it home. I am even more happy with it now as this product is discontinued and there is still no updated handheld vacuum from Dyson. Even a year later I am still thrilled with the suction power of this unit. To have this kind of power with a handheld unit is very satisfying. Another aspect of the V7 Trigger that is still holding up is the rechargeable battery. Since the battery can't be replaced (unless you take it apart and know what you're doing) one must really on a battery to hold a reliable charge. While using the max suction setting, I can still get a reasonable 8 to 10 minutes. With this kind of power, that is fine enough for me. Overall this is a great handheld vacuum. If you can find one brand new still in the box somewhere, buy it. If you can find a gently-used, well-taken-care-of unit, consider picking one up. I am taking one star off because the battery is hard-wired into the vac and it doesn't really have any filtration system. It's pretty standard but it is not a sealed system at all.

Hands down the most powerful handheld vacuum that I have ever used. It allows me to do spot cleaning as well as keep my vehicle clean. It comes with three detachable heads that allow for three different types of vacuuming. The battery life is great and has never been an issue for any job I have thrown at it. The suction of this vacuum can not be beaten.

This Hand held vacuum is so practical. fast charging, 2 sucking speeds ( the high speed will require you to charge more often ) ... very easy to disassemble it to pieces and clean and wash and reassemble. highly recommended.

It works best at the high power setting. The problem with that is that the battery doesn’t last long at that setting. I can vacuum my car, but not my wife’s with a single charge.

I got this hand vacuum for my stairs my other hand vacume it's not strong enough for stairs so I had to use my hand to take out what it don't pick up.this is stronger hand vacuum and works better for my purpose and not to heavy on.my hand either but it's more expensive. I think price is expensive but the bran name.my other vacuum is $29 black and Decker and this one is $299 Do the math your self .

Ease of use and to also empty. Could stand to last more between charges. Wife likes is light and also great reach for being handheld. Use for area where dogs spend majority of time when indoors and have paw debris and normal shedding from a Shephard which means quite a bit in-between seasons.

light weight, easy to use and maintain, battery life is great. included three tools which are enough for daily handy cleaning.

While the item is excellent, the box it comes in is an utter pain in the tuchas to get open. The vac is light, powerful, and easy to charge. It's a bit sticky to empty the first time out, but don't let that outweigh the rest of it's features and ease of use.

I’ve always wanted to own a cordless handheld vac for numerous reasons. After contemplating between several products for the past few years, I finally decided on trying this Dyson and wow I wasn’t disappointed. Suction felt strong and very light! I’ve used several handheld vacs at work and they were all lithium ion battery operated and quite heavy for a small vac. But not this one! Hadn’t had a problem with it yet and my family and I are satisfied

good suction power. but battery dies quickly if max power is used.

Love it! Powerful suction just as expected, works just like the rest of my dyson products! Easy for my kids to help out around the house too! Sometimes getting the chamber open to release garbage is tricky and gets stuck but sometimes its fine that's the only reason I subtracted a star! Still would recommend. Charge lasts about 15 to 20 minutes which is usually not an issue.

Has very strong suction. Very portable device. Little expensive but great product.

I love how handy this vacuum is. As long as you realize there is a short battery charge but recharges quickly you will be happy with this. We have dogs so it is for spot cleaning and not whole house jobs

This is a really nice vacuum, the only thing is that the other Dyson handheld vac I had before this one (if I remember correctly) was the car/boat version and had great suction power on its low setting. That same suction that I was expecting is actually the max power setting for this particular version. So, the regular suction is kinda poor...but the max suction more than holds its own vs. other handheld vacs (although it is only for a short period of time). It's also great peace of mind knowing that there isn't a bag that I have to keep buying every so often. It just says that you have to wash the filter every month or so and let it dry for 24 hrs.

I have two long haired beast cats and their fur gets everywhere. I had a Shark for animals and it barely picked up anything. This vaccuum sucks - and that is a good thing! It's so easy to use even my daughter loves to run around the house vacuuming up cat hair. It's a little pricey but I would absolutely recommend it!

Great product, great suction. Was amazed how much it sucked up. Only down side is run time, about 15min on a charge, only 5min with the electric brush. I bought for my vehicals and it works great for that. Oh and it's a 4hr charge time for dead battery.
