Earth, Wind & Fire - Singasong - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Originally self-released in small, sold-out runs, La vidade alguien más (2021) and Obrigaggi (2023) capture DilesQue No Me Maten at the height of their restlesscreativity-moving fluidly between krautrock-drivengrooves, free-jazz chaos, and spectral, dreamlikemeditations. La vida is a delirious 34-minute burst ofpost-punk urgency and improvisational turns, whileObrigaggi, recorded in a riverside house in Veracruz, drifts with intimate, otherworldly grace. Now reissuedtogether for the first time with wide distribution viaMoonlight Activities, these albums mark the band'sevolution from Mexico City underground favorites to one ofthe most adventurous experimental rock bands on theinternational stage.

Earth Wind and Fire's freewheeling debut finds the band developing their style and having a good time doing it. Earth Wind and Fire immediately had a distinct sound, one that was not only experimental, but also as upbeat as it's lyrics. A fusion of blues and gospel harmonies, funk, jazz and R&B. Includes the deep funk extravaganza InchMoment of TruthInch and the sweet ballad InchLove Is LifeInch.
