A mind melting game of cat-and-mouse in the streets of Tokyo. 1982, somewhere in Chiba. The glittering speed tribes of Bōsōzoku and Sukeban rule the streets with an iron fist. The coppers are forced to put in tons of extra shifts in order to uphold the fragile façade of order. Each night, a relentless game of cat-and-mouse plays out on the gritty asphalt, where both sides pounce without warning. You are the Bōsōzoku, and you will want to think ahead and mentally rehearse the routes you and the coppers will take. The next clash is inevitable; it’s only a matter of when and where chaos will erupt.
