I like this thing allot. I haven’t run into the network issues I’ve read about but will Update this if I do. Prices fluctuates, but I had never seen a better price than Best Buy’s.

Great workout tool. I bought it for my partner and she loves it. Workout on your schedule, level and choice of programs. Easy to install and connect to the Wi-Fi.

Good in theory, but falls short. Lots of workouts, but are nearly impossible to navigate and are poorly organized. I wanted to love this, but I just couldn’t. Me and my wife are accustomed to rigorous workouts and these don’t seem to have the energy or intensity that we are used to. I’m going to return this, I can’t justify monthly fees for the quality of the workouts.

We enjoyed the set up crew who installed our work out mirror. It was easy to set up each of our work out groups. It has made it easier for us to work out each day since we don't have to leave the house and go to a public exercise company.

I admit it's a nice looking product. As described the actual touch screen is much smaller than the mirror frame itself. Touch functions are nice and responsive. The locker is you spend this much for the product and they don't give you the heart monitor which is an extra $80. Allot of functionality is lost without the monitor. Buyer beware that as of this review Apple nor Android based watches are not supported for heart rate monitoring. Add the $39 monthly fee and you don't get what you paid for. Better off just playing YouTube exercise videos for free.
