I like this thing allot. I haven’t run into the network issues I’ve read about but will Update this if I do. Prices fluctuates, but I had never seen a better price than Best Buy’s.

Great workout tool. I bought it for my partner and she loves it. Workout on your schedule, level and choice of programs. Easy to install and connect to the Wi-Fi.

Good in theory, but falls short. Lots of workouts, but are nearly impossible to navigate and are poorly organized. I wanted to love this, but I just couldn’t. Me and my wife are accustomed to rigorous workouts and these don’t seem to have the energy or intensity that we are used to. I’m going to return this, I can’t justify monthly fees for the quality of the workouts.

We enjoyed the set up crew who installed our work out mirror. It was easy to set up each of our work out groups. It has made it easier for us to work out each day since we don't have to leave the house and go to a public exercise company.

I admit it's a nice looking product. As described the actual touch screen is much smaller than the mirror frame itself. Touch functions are nice and responsive. The locker is you spend this much for the product and they don't give you the heart monitor which is an extra $80. Allot of functionality is lost without the monitor. Buyer beware that as of this review Apple nor Android based watches are not supported for heart rate monitoring. Add the $39 monthly fee and you don't get what you paid for. Better off just playing YouTube exercise videos for free.

I love my echelon reflect! I was researching this and the mirror for about a month before purchasing and decided to go with the reflect and purchased it on sale. I practice and teach hot yoga everyday, so being active I wanted to be sure I could stay active everyday at home since group fitness is still not open and since I have small kids at home. I had to get a wifi extender from my internet service since the live classes were freezing up. Since I got an additional router I haven't had any issues. The mirror is sleek and takes up no space what so every. the classes are fantastic, so much variety, live classes, and on demand classes. I use my reflect everyday and I never get bored. If your on the fence about purchasing it go for it! im so glad I did ...2 months later and still using it everyday and look forward to working out!

You get a full body touchscreen mirror, classes in your own home, 3 months free trial before purchasing the membership. Also you have access to Echelon United classes - including spin classes and more. You can pause membership if you don’t feel like using it. It’s a great investment when we can’t go to the gyms - it will be awhile before we go back to normal. Yes you can use YouTube classes, but if you can splurge and treat yourself, why not! It’s actually pretty fun. I got mine for HALF OFF (waited for a good sale), and it’s worth it!! I love it :)

Received this item for Christmas and absolutely love it, even the short time of 10 min workouts are great! The only con o have come across is the reflect 50” doesn’t connect to the app at this time due to being a new line.

Very easy to set up and use. Has a number of different options with the subscription. Also easy to see in any type of lighting.

I am very happy to have chosen this. Besides the fact that the monthly subscription is less than "The Mirror" you can also purchase a bike to go along with the reflect to complete the workout with extra cardio. The workouts are great and I especially like the core videos and classes. I recommend this for anyone who does not feel their normal in home routine is working.

As long as you have a good wifi connection this product is really good.

I tried getting this mirror to operate for two days. Instruction manual was among the worst manual I have ever reviewed. Contacted Echelon to get help and spent at least an hour without them being able to help me. Customer rep sent me an e-mail with a download to a USB drive which also did not get this system to work. He also was going to get back to me today which he did not. Problem stems from the fact that unit requires you to download an update which Echelon is having problems with. You cannot download as it gets hung up no matter how many times you try. Without update the system is simply a extremely expense mirror.

My wife loves this. Another way to change up workouts. It does require subscription, but we have other Echelon products and they work off of the same subscription.

Good variety of classes from Yoga to cardio. Got good sweat from cardio classes Very happy with installation service.
