Live Agent Chats are a waste of time. BB is horrib
Horrible customer service. Three Live Agent over four days deceived me into accepting their assurance that item would be delivered. After 7 days of sitting at FedEx item was returned to BB due to incomplete address on label. BB supervisor never returned a call back she promised. Two weeks wait and no item received. Lost me as a customer! Too bad Best Buy doesn't let you rate them!!!
