1. Compact, lightweight unit, easy for one person to unpack and set up. 2. No hoses to deal with compared to the older, much larger and heavier unit 3. Clear and easy to follow instructions 4. Up and running in no time at all 5. Allowed for several cycles to make certain the internal parts got cleaned before actually using the ice 6. It's a tad bit quieter unit. 7. The water tank is easily accessible and can be filled with water. 8. I appreciate the WHITE inner-lined parts, for cleaning, etc., easy to see vs. the larger unit with dark inner-lined parts. 9. Produces nice ice spheres. 10. Ice spheres are not clear, but they do last much longer compared to ice nuggets in a Stanley mug. 11. I much prefer using ice spheres vs store-bought ice chunks or refrigerator-produced ice because they seem to melt at a slower rate, keeping the drink cold and not diluted with water.

This ice maker(Ecozy Chillio) has a slim design that fits perfectly in my bar space. It doesn’t produce enough ice for a large party, but it works great for a few friends enjoying cocktails. I’ve used other ice makers with pull-out drawers that tend to drip water onto the counter. This one tilts forward and does a great job of keeping water where it should be, which is a big plus. The top-fill water reservoir is another feature I really like. It makes refilling easy and much less messy. One tip: be sure to use filtered water if you want clear ice. I personally use an under-sink RO system, which works really well for this.

Got this for my partner as a gift, and they absolutely loooved it! Super easy to use, and comes with all the tools you need! Tongs to grab the ice, sticky hook to store the tongs, silicone ice storage, and water purity tester. (Also distilled water was the best for clarity) Only thing is that there’s a small hole/divot on top of every ball, and you have to move all ice over to a freezer as the storage area doesn’t keep ice frozen.

We have been making sphere ice balls for several years. I bought the Tovolo molds almost 10 years ago and they’re not as great as before, so I decided to give this a try. The spheres do come out clear and one does drop every 30 min but they are small…much smaller than what we are used to. They also have a good size hole in it. They drop pretty wet and will start to stick to each other as more are made. It definitely was not what my husband and I were expecting, so we returned it. It was nice that it was making them every 30 min instead of waiting 24-48 hours like the manual process goes, but they melted pretty quickly and again, were smaller than usual. And hubby is an ice snob when it comes to even putting a sphere in his whiskey.

Bought this for my husband for his birthday. He loves it. It makes balls fast, it's relatively quiet and easy to use.

I am very happy with the new ice maker! It makes ice balls very fast and is very easy to use. The ice balls are just the right size, and the whole family wants to use them. I have a few pieces of feedback regarding the performance. It is a bit loud when it is making ice. Additionally, if I run it the night before, the ice on the bottom is melted by the next morning. It would also be helpful if there were an option to add a schedule for when to make ice, rather than just a delay function.

Early days but appears stylish and well made. Makes very nice clear spheres using distilled water.

Husband loves it. Turns it on before dinner, and he has his after dinner cocktail.

It makes nice sphere balls of ice. But it leaked from the back of the unit.
