Electro-Harmonix Big Muff Pi 2 Dual Op-Amp Fuzz. The Lost Slice of Pi Rediscovered! Electro-Harmonix Founder and President, Mike Matthews and serial inventor Bob Myer go way back. Together, they designed the very first Big Muff and had a working relationship throughout EHX's storied history. Always innovating, Bob was known to present Mike with updated designs to keep up with available technology of the times. As the process goes, designs get selected and others get put aside and forgotten about. The Big Muff Pi 2 Dual Op-Amp design is one that didn't make the cut back in the late 70's and was promptly stashed away in Bob's files. While interviewing Bob in his old workshop, EHX disciples Josh Scott (of JHS Pedals) and Daniel Danger uncovered this novel circuit design as a hand drawn schematic amongst Bob's old notes. Josh went to work decoding the original schematic and resurrected the circuit as the Big Muff Pi 2. The Big Muff Pi 2 is similar to the classic Big Muff Pi but has a unique fuzz tone to further fill out your Muff flavor palate. With singing sustain and gobs of gain, the BMP2 remains true to the Big Muff Pi legacy with its own edge and response. A crispy top end, booming lows, and slightly less refined clipping gives the Big Muff Pi 2 a particularly cool feel that's both unique and distinctly Big Muff. Slightly more dynamic, slightly more fuzzy, the Big Muff 2 is must-try for any BMP lover! Featuring the familiar control set of Volume, Tone, and Sustain, the Big Muff Pi 2 comes in a nano sized die-cast chassis with art designed by EHX aficionado, Daniel Danger. SUSTAIN controls the amount of sustain and distortion from medium grit to full fuzz fury. TONE adjusts the tone from brash rasp to deep thunder, increasing treble and decreasing bass as it’s turned up. VOL sets the overall output of the pedal. The Big Muff Pi 2 features a first for a Big Muff, silent true bypass footswitching with Latching/Momentary Action. Click the footswitch for normal latching functionality or press and hold the footswitch of a momentary burst of fuzz mayhem! Product Highlights. Unique Big Muff Pi circuit design employing 2 Dual Op-Amps. Artwork by Daniel Danger. VOL, TONE, and SUSTAIN controls. True Bypass. Latching/Momentary footswitch action. 9V Battery included, adapter optional. Product Features. 9VDC 200MA Power Jack. An optional 9VDC, center-negative power supply may be connected to the power jack to provide power without a battery. The Big Muff Pi 2 requires 15mA at 9VDC on a center-negative plug. Do not exceed 12VDC at the power jack. Volume Knob. Sets the output level of you BMP2. Sustain Knob. Adjusts the amount of sustain and distortion. Tone Knob. The SD-1 Super OverDrive pedal produces the warm, natural distortion of an overdriven tube amplifier while maintaining the subtle nuances of a player's picking technique. This is one of BOSS' more subtle and smooth overdrive pedals, perfect for blues and rock.

Capture guitar melodies precisely with this Line 6 POD Go guitar floor processor. The 123dB dynamic range offers depth and low noise for uninterrupted audio, while the color LCD control panel and three capacitive-sensing foot switches provide easy use. This Line 6 POD Go guitar floor processor has a solid build for durability, and the lightweight design offers portability.

The classic DS-1 Distortion pedal provides a harder distortion effect for guitar and keyboard sounds. Instead of toneless, fuzzy distortion, the DS-1 faithfully reproduces all the subtle nuances of playing dynamics--at any volume.
